The number of Voiceflow agents depends on your plan: Starter (1 agent), Professional (3 agents), Business (10 agents), or Business+ (unlimited agents). Switch between agents easily from the dashboard to manage all your AI assistants in one place.

Upload content from URLs, PDFs, Word documents, or paste text directly. URLs can auto-refresh on preset schedules (hourly, daily, weekly). Business plans get 1 custom schedule per URL and Business+ plans get 2 custom schedules per URL, allowing you to set specific refresh intervals to keep your knowledge base perfectly up-to-date. Business and Business+ plans also include document tagging and AI-powered semantic search for faster content discovery.

VFI/O provides a powerful API that integrates directly with your Voiceflow agents. Tag your knowledge base documents in VFI/O, then use either exact tag matching or AI-powered semantic search to retrieve relevant content. Your Voiceflow agent can query the API using natural language (e.g., "refund policy") and VFI/O will return matching documents based on semantic similarity—no exact keyword matches required. We provide ready-to-use templates to help you integrate the search API into your Voiceflow workflows. This feature is available on the Business and Business+ plans and requires no external API keys.

Professional, Business, and Business+ plans support bulk transcript exports in CSV, TXT, DOCX, and PDF formats. Starter plan users can download individual transcripts in TXT format. All exports include full conversation history with timestamps.
